I authorise MKHA Rent A Car LLC to charge my credit card for rental fees, municipality fines, and costs for damage in the event of an accident.

Terms & Conditions

✓I acknowledge full responsibility for all debts, breaches, accidents, and damage to the car, and agree to bear all related costs/expenses.
✓The company is entitled to collect any debts owed by the lessee by charging the customer's credit card (Visa).
✓If the lessee is 25 years of age or older and has held a driver's license for more than one year, he/she must pay an excess of AED 2,500 plus the number of rental days during the repair period for regular cars or luxury sports cars. In the case of a total loss declared by the insurance company, the lessee must pay AED 2,500 plus the number of rental days, of the total insured value.
✓If the lessee is under 25 years of age or has held a driver's license for less than one year, the lessee must pay 155% of the excess value.
✓The lessee agrees to pay for damages caused by natural factors and accidents not involving a second party, including falling trees, rocks, and damage to glass, lamps, or body structure.
✓If the car is confiscated by any authority for any reason, or if an accident occurs while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the lessee is fully responsible for comprehensive compensation for all damages to the car and to others, and is fully liable under the law.
✓The lessee undertakes not to damage, alter, or tamper with the car, its engine, wheels, bearings, or any accessories inside the car, and not to carry out repairs without the company's knowledge.
✓If the lessee causes an accident or damage to the car and fails to obtain a police report, the lessee must pay compensation for all resulting damages or losses.
✓In the event of non-payment of rental fees, traffic fines, or accident-related damages, the company has the right to report the lessee to the police or other relevant authorities.
✓The lessee has no right to take the car outside the United Arab Emirates or beyond the approved geographical area without the company's written consent.
✓If the lessee allows another person who does not meet the insurance requirements to drive the car and an accident occurs, the lessee shall bear all costs and expenses of the company and other affected parties.
✓Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. A fine of AED 1,000 will be charged for violations.
✓The lessee must pay AED 50 if the car requires repeated cleaning due to being excessively dirty.
✓The mileage limit is 200 km per day, 1,600 km per week, and 3,000 km per month. Exceeding this limit incurs an additional charge of 50 fils/km.
✓The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction over disputes between the lessee and the company.
✓Overtime will be charged at AED 15 per hour. If the delay exceeds 6 hours, a full day's rent will apply. The lessee may not extend the rental period without the company's consent.
✓The lessee or guarantor may not reclaim his passport, even through the police or court, until all financial obligations (rental fees, fines, damages, etc.) are fully settled.
✓The lessee undertakes to deposit his passport if requested by the company when the car is repossessed.
✓A service charge of AED 1 will apply for each additional slip added to RA charges.
✓A service charge of AED 20 will apply for each traffic fine, and AED 100 will apply for each returned cheque.
✓If the lessee repairs the car without notifying the company, a penalty of AED 5,000 will apply.
✓All fines will be charged with an additional administration fee of AED 25, exclusive of VAT.
